Information the service handles
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. The service also stores the financial records you enter, including accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, payments, and uploaded receipts or account logos. Support requests include the message and your account contact details.
How information is used
We use this information to provide your workspace, calculate summaries, process your uploaded records, send account and support emails, and maintain the service. Authorized administrators can access account and financial records through administrative tools to manage the service and provide support.
Email, hosting, and external services
Hostinger handles website emails, including welcome messages, support requests, and password reset links. Website infrastructure processes the requests needed to deliver the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives browser requests. If you enable online product-price searches, the product search terms are sent to the configured search provider, and matching retailer pages may be requested. Receipt text extraction runs on the server.
Cookies and technical records
The website uses session and security cookies to keep you logged in and protect forms. A remember-me cookie is used if you choose that option. Server and application logs may contain request and error information needed to maintain the website.
Storage and your choices
Your records are stored while your account and those records are maintained by the service. You can manage records within your workspace and export available transaction data. Local scheduled backups are retained for up to 30 days. Contact support to ask about access, corrections, or deletion; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
